The company was started by Karl Nivison, Marsha Nivison, and Scott Dunn with a goal of delivering optimized, sustainable HVAC solutions with a long-term service commitment. Despite economic challenges, the company continues to achieve this goal for clients in the region. Soon, the company was able to hire an installation crew and project manager, Kenneth (Slim) Broadwell, to complete their experienced and dedicated team of professionals.

Our company now employs over 70 people and serves all kinds of industries, offering our expertise with duct fabrication, design-build services, HVAC maintenance and replacements, value engineering, air quality system installation, and more. Throughout the years, we’ve maintained a culture of honesty and hard work because we’re passionate about keeping the family feel of the company.
